Anna Ordoubadi, LCSW - After earning my MSW from NCSU, I focused on community work at both state and county levels. I then transitioned to clinical social work and have been practicing in the Triangle area for over eight years. My experience as a Social Worker provided a strong foundation in trauma-informed interventions, empowering clients to transform difficult experiences into opportunities for growth, healing, and reconnection. I believe that fostering a trusting environment through empathy, understanding, and unconditional acceptance empowers clients to make personal growth and positive change.

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and parents facing life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, neurodivergence and parenting concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to build on their inherent strengths and wisdom, toward deeper authenticity and self-awareness.

My psychodynamic approach builds resilience and personal growth by utilizing client-lead exploration, somatic psychology and self-compassion. Drawing from attachment theory, compassion focused therapy, trauma processing, and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, I offer personalized interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family.

I am not taking on new clients at this time.
