Jessica Shah, MSW, LCSW-A

I focus on children, teens, and young adults who are doing their best to manage big feelings, changing relationships, and the pressure to "have it all together", often without the tools or support needed. You might be dealing with anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, school stress, family conflict, or difficulty managing emotions. Sometimes, you may just feel lost or misunderstood. What you truly want is to feel seen, heard, and accepted. You want to better understand yourself, feel more in control of your emotions, and build stronger, more meaningful connections with others. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-focused based therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen and heard. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, and together we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy is a space just for you, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this part of your journey.
